The Industrial Park Szekszárd Ltd. has made a successful tender within the frames of the New Hungary Development Plan (Új Magyarország Fejlesztési Terv), which resulted in the infrastructural investment worth over 500 million forints. The technical handover-acceptance process was finished on 4.12.2008, so the Industrial Parks was extended by a nearly 20 ha area provided with modern infrastructure.
As result of the tender win, the electric capacity was expanded by 2 high performance (2MW) transformer stations and the water-, the sewage-, and the fire water system were improved as well. Also, the drainage water system has been built out. Perhaps the most spectacular and most important from our investments was the construction of a new road junction, and the improvement of the internal road system, which allow access to previously unexplored Industrial Park territories.
Moreover, the processes have also started to establish internet and phone line system, and to build out connection to the to the 1200 m³/h main gas line (that is going to supply the whole area) currently built until the southern border of the territory.
We believe that as a result of the development, the Industrial Park Szekszárd becomes more attractive in the eyes of investors, enterprises, and even more of them choose the Industrial Park Szekszárd to be the place of their future developments, investments.
